Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in talent acquisition by internally sourcing candidates, drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, coordinating with recruitment vendors, and conducting interviews and assessments to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and follow up to obtain hiring decisions promptly.
- Manage the employee referral scheme, channeling referrals into the interview process if they meet requirements.
- Provide support for recruitment exercises. (Schools and employment institutions.)
- Assist in onboarding activities including work pass issuance and conducting new hire orientations.
- Generate monthly recruitment and headcount reports, updating hiring statuses as necessary.
- Assist in conducting salary analysis for candidate and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Preferred Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource / Business
- 1 Year of related working experience
- Prior recruitment / talent acquisition experience is highly welcomed.
