- Assist in issuing purchase requisitions for ship repair items.
- Issue service orders/purchase orders for ship repair services.
- Manage petty cash and reimbursement for the department.
- Compile ship repair work reports for ship owners.
- Coordinate with Finance & HR for invoice verification and SAP transactions.
- Monitor and restock stationery and pantry supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the department, including faxing medical chits and maintaining leave records.
- Assist HR with occasional passport renewals for workers.
- Process monthly worker overtime for payroll via Time Soft System.
- Maintain daily filing for contractor timesheets and vessel work reports.
- Manage and monitor tax cards for owner representatives.
- Take meeting minutes.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Shipyard Manager.
Requirements:
- With Diploma or Higher in related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in related working experience.
- Well-versed in MS Office Applications.
- Excellent Communication Skills
