- Manage Human Resource management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, onĀboarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports etc)
- Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes
- Recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other agencies
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of related working experience in related field is required for this position
- Diploma / Degree in Management
- Prefer working experience in Construction field can commence within short period
- Must be bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking internal/external personnel
