SingHealth Fund (SHF) champions research, innovation, education, patient care and staff wellness causes across SingHealth. In 2023, SHF was awarded the distinguished Charity Transparency Award by the Charity Council, established under the Ministry for Culture, Community and Youth, which recognises charities for their efforts in upholding governance and building public trust in the sector.
As Manager (Grant Management), you play a pivotal role in further enhancing grant management processes under the charity governance ambit. Your responsibilities include evaluating applications, providing strategic recommendations, and overseeing financial aspects such as budgeting and reporting on grants for reporting to stakeholders.
Additionally you will also be responsible for the overall grant making function of SHF-Foundation which includes coordinating the pre-award planning, organisation and preparation for grants, post-award reporting and administration of the grants awarded by SingHealth Fund-Foundation as well as the Grant Making secretariat function.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance or business administration with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in administrative and supervisory role in banking, finance or grant management functions
- Experience in grant administration and fund management will be an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications for data analysis and presentations
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English language
- Meticulous, resourceful, innovative and analytical
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, work efficiently and independently within work deadlines
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
