Responsibilities:
- Implement the best possible operational policies and practices.
- Ensuring to comply with all shipping, handling, and regulations.
- Oversee all warehouse operations according to the vision and policies of the company.
- Collaborate with 3PL supplies to manage the operations of receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
- Oversee inventory control and modifications to the data storage system.
- Ensuring to maintain KCR certifications by managing the warehouse security measures.
- Gather insights or feedback and monitoring of the quality of service delivered.
- Communicate with the customers, vendors, and shipping firms.
- Provide guidance and act as a leader for the team.
- Create yearly budget, statistics, and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or its Sequivalent.
- At least 3- 6 years of relevant working experience in a Managerial role.
- With prior warehouse management experience.
- Strong team-leading ability and supervisory experience.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP or Oracle is a plus.
