Personal Assistant

This position will be working closely with our CEO and her family (Chinese Family) to ensure their needs and requests be prepared. You will be responsible for providing administration, office management and business coordination support to her.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage family/household-side matters for the CEO. Examples :

- Arrange and Manage the schedules of her children

- Planning of special events(birthdays) of her chlidren

- Liaising with the different different parties(learning centers, coaches, drivers) related to scheduling

- Managing and replenishing household items when required

- Assist to make payments for lessons first with petty cash or submit claims afterwards

- Responsive to calls/messages

- Handle any errands for the CEO, and any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma / Professional Certificate in relevant major and/or Experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Experience in Human Resource would be preferred
  • Fluent in Mandarin(spoken and written) in order to communicate with CEO
  • Able to spend time with children
  • Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills
  • Good time management, pleasant personality with an outgoing mind
  • Highly self-motivated and professional
  • Responsible, efficient and self-driven
