about the job
- Managing the automotive maintenance operations and ensure all KPIs are met
- Ensure operation costs including but not limited to material, manpower and operating are kept within the operation budget
- Review and enhance the existing systems without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost
- Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Conduct technical training
- Produce statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancement for discussion
- Establish, implement and monitor safe working practices and procedures
- Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and sites to ensure workshop conforms to all health & safety regulations
skills & experience required
- Master / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automotive Engineering
- Min 8 years of technical experience in motor vehicle maintenance & repair
- Managed service / technician previously
- Able to deliver top notch customer delivery & satisfcation
- Working in motor vehicle retailer repair operations environment
