Basic Salary: $3500 - $5500
Location: Kaki Bukit (East)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in overseeing Logistics & Inventory Management activities to align with both customer and company expectations.
- Aid in data analysis, inventory planning strategies, and their execution under the guidance of the Manager.
- Support the Head of Department in achieving inventory targets and serve as a backup for the Parts Coordinator role.
- Contribute to enhancing logistics operations.
- Gain familiarity with various functions within the Inventory Department, identify areas for improvement, and develop procedures for streamlining tasks.
- Collaborate with the Manager to integrate functions and perform executive-level tasks.
- Perform safety and health tasks, including incident reporting, coordinating safety activities, suggesting solutions for addressing safety shortcomings, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and operational quality standards.
- Handle material management and coordination duties, including document control, report generation, workflow administration, and material planning.
- To document workplace safety and health (WSH) incidents.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of a Diploma or Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Effective team player with excellent communication, documentation, and customer service capabilities.
- Only Singaporeans.
