Responsibilities:
SALES
1. Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and industry events.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline.
2. Consultative Selling:
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to propose tailored creative solutions.
- Conduct client presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations.
3. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
4. Sales Forecasting:
- Track sales performance, analyzeanalyse, and provide regular forecasts to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Marketing:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and presentations.
- Work closely with the creative team to create visually appealing and impactful materials.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage social media channels to engage with the audience and promote agency services.
3. Events and Sponsorships:
- Identify and participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and sponsorships.
- Coordinate and organise events to showcase capabilities.
4. Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide market insights to shape marketing strategies and positioning.
5. Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the agency's brand identity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the creative or marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of creative services, including branding, design, digital marketing, and advertising.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
