Job Scope
- Preparing & verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Liaising with customers for resolving any invoices issues raised
- Accounts Receivable Functions in the Account Department
- Verifying the accuracy of supplier invoices
- Liaising with Suppliers for resolving any invoices issues met
- Accounts Payable Functions in the Account Department
- Assisting Trailer Operations Department further in preparing and recording daily jobs completed.
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 3 Years Relevant Experience
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Tech-Savvy and be willing to learn new Software
- Ability to be Independent and a Positive Team Player
- Ability to Multi-Task and cope with the deadlines
- 5.5 Day Work Week
- Office located at Ubi
