Job Responsibilities:


Primary Duties:


Executive Management Support:

  • Scheduling responsibilities: Regularly manage the executive's schedule, preventing conflicts and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Meeting coordination: Facilitate interactions between the executive and key stakeholders within the team.
  • Travel management: Oversee logistics for overseas business trips, working closely with APAC branch members.

Back-up Duties


Administrative Support:

  • Carry out administrative tasks such as handling payments, creating purchase orders, and processing personnel expense reimbursements.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a secretarial role, preferably supporting senior management.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use common IT tools and software proficiently.
  • Proactive and responsible, ensuring high-quality outcome.
  • Experience in arranging and conducting meetings with diverse stakeholders.
  • Professional attitude, maintaining positivity in all interactions.
  • Ability to foster communication, promoting a team-oriented, inclusive work environment.
