Installation, commissioning and provide user training.
· Attend service calls and provide on-site technical support.
· Maintain coordination with customers regarding technical matters and developments.
· Prepare detailed technical service reports for every job performed.
· Travel overseas for job assignment or training.
· To provide technical service and maintenance work for projects as well as existing customers

· Carry out basic troubleshooting, minor repair on customer equipment.
· To install, service, support, upgrade and maintain equipment.
· Understand system parameters and interactions to allow process development and electro-mechanical troubleshooting on the equipment.
· To perform a variety of moderate to complex assignments, diagnose equipment problems and make repairs and adjustments.
· To support the team in meeting customers’ expectations and company’s expectations.
· To write technical reports and handle specific jigs during service jobs.
Requirements :
- Professional Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- Preferably with technical/hands-on experience.
- Good command in English plus other lanuage - to liaise with multilingual associates.
- Flexible, responsive, and able to work long and irregular hours if required.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team-based environment.
- Possess a high level of integrity, a self-motivated personality and a willing to learn attitude.
- Willing to travel overseas india and other branch of the company
