Job Description
Come join our knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales team, in the flagship store of South East Asia at Singapore. Tanishq is the leading jeweller of India & the Indian Diaspora around the world, from the house of TATA - India's most valuable brand 2023.
To manage the daily operations of a store. Effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing administration of a store and to meet or exceed the business targets of sales, profitability, ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the financial performance of the store against targets daily, Weekly, Bi -Weekly & Monthly basis, report to snr. management on a daily basis
- Develop and implement staff reporting & review mechanisms to track operational performance
- Drive the Sales plans, monitor and analyze the sales data in coordination with the Floor manager / Sales Staff to ensure that the store targets are met
- Ensure adequate level of staffing in the store
- Ensure adherence of the staff to the Code of Conduct
- Ensure that all the commercial compliance is carried out as per the guidelines
- Ensure the maintenance of stock level and its replenishment as per the sales and customer preferences on a daily basis
- Manage customer queries and complaints as per the guidelines, work towards customer delight
- Identify and engage with high profile and regular customers to extend better services, provide out of the box solutions to delight the customer
- Ideate/Implement store level marketing calendar and plan to ensure more walk-ins
- Nominate staff to undergo training on a regular basis
- Monitor the wellbeing and welfare of the staff
- Develop and maintain relationship and network with competitors to leverage leading practices learning to improve store level processes
- Be present during store opening and closing hours
- Step into ANY role in case of absences
Requirements :
- More than 10 yrs of working experience in related industry
- Multilingual - Tamil, Hindi, English required, knowledge of additional languages will be an added bonus
- Excellent people management skill required
- Ability to meet targets and provide a balanced work atmosphere to staff
