Roles & Responsibilities
This role will be helping to grow the eCommerce marketplace business for the company and to support with commercial development across the marketplace platforms.
This is a great opportunity for individual who is interested in developing marketing insights to drive the eCommerce aspect of the business.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Develop and grow the eCommerce marketplace business for strategic portfolio brands in Singapore
· Drive the commercial strategy for portfolio brands on online marketplaces like Redmart, Shopee Mart, Fairprice etc
· Project management and coordination between internal teams, brand partners and platforms
· Conceptualizing, budgeting and executing marketing campaigns on various marketplaces
· Standardisation of brand across marketplace
· Building the optimal marketing, promotion and assortment strategy by brand
· Accountability for eCommerce operations and marketing execution
· Liaise with eCommerce partners to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives
· Formulate and execute digital marketing demand-generation initiatives including but not limiting to on-site activity, social media, display, SEO and SEM
· Manages inventory (ensure stock balancing between online and offline), promotional mechanism (e.g. bundles creation, discounts activation, vouchers etc)
Requirements:
· Diploma qualification
· At least 1-2 years in eCommerce/retail background. REDMART Ecommerce experience preferred
· Project management experience
· Tik Tok , eCommerce Marketing and Campaign planning and strategy experience
· Digital/Social Marketing experience is a bonus
· Design Skill preferred
