Responsibilities:
- As a pioneer of department to build a new sales &marketing team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our partial discharge products, increase market penetration, and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes, providing insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, government agencies, and potential customers.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, events, and targeted advertising, to generate leads and drive product awareness
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of market expansion specialists, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the progress and success of market expansion efforts.
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree above in engineering, business, or a related field.
2. At least has 8 years of marketing experience in partial discharge testing products
3 . Had experience in the partial discharge testing and research.
4. Has excellent leadership skills with communication negotiation skill.
5. Willing to travel, Overseas dispatch may be required
