Personal Assistant

Job Description

  • Assist the Director in the daily communication and coordination of internal and external work, drafting and summarizing various official documents, reports, etc.
  • Coordinate various external liaison and public relations work of the Director, and make work arrangements in time
  • Prepare materials for internal and external mandates, provides administrative support for project work and ad hoc activities as necessary
  • Responsible for the implementation and reminder of the working documents issued by the Director
  • Run personal errands and assist on personal projects for the Director
  • Organize the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, business and private travel, accommodation and so on
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Translate correspondence from Mandarin to English
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Take dictation and minutes when required

Job Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent Discretion and confidentiality
  • Good communication skills and teamwork
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline. (Freshers are welcome)
