Description
- Understanding the full processing of loans processing
- Review and ensure that credit & security documentations are in compliance with the company’s guidelines and policies for loan disbursement.
- Liaised on shortcoming of documents
- Performing verification and credit checks
- Support the department in carrying out day-to-day administrative duties
- Responding to email, phone queries and etc
- Responsible for preparation of monthly reports
- Liaise with customers and other dealers
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
- Updating system and filing of documents
- Additional duties relating to recovery as assigned by Manager
- Preparing report to be presented during meetings.
Requirement
Min O level and equivalent
Relevant experience is preferred
No experience are welcome, training will be provided
Good knowledge of computer software and MS office
Comprehension of direct/indirect lending procedures
Meticulous, accurate and good with numbers
Good Team Player
