- Develop and maintain relationships with SME clients and prospects to increase business opportunities
- Sell SME loans, hire purchase loans, machinery loan, and equipment loans to prospective and current clients
- Meet sales targets and achieve sales goals through effective sales techniques and strategies
- Analyze clients' financial statements, credit history, and other relevant information to assess creditworthiness and risk
- Structure credit proposals and prepare credit recommendations for management approval
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by promptly addressing their concerns and needs
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry news, and changes in lending policies and regulations
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyses for management review.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Business or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience dealing with SMEs in a Financial Institution or similar capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills and able to work under tight schedule and pressure
- Able to work independently with strong problem solving skills
