Corporate Admin Assistant- Sales support

Open to candidate with no experience studying related fields

Responsibilities:

· Key in sales orders, delivery orders and invoices in system

· Assist in goods-receiving (system in-stock), and month-end stock take

· Monthly reports for Management from system

. Assist in Accounts/ HR processes (outsourced)

· Annual ISO 9001:2015

· Other basic administrative duties

· All system training is provided



Requirements:

· Candidate best to possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking) or equivalent.

· Fresh grads are welcome/ or at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field

· Proficient in Microsoft office: Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook

· In-house system in mandarin
