Regional Product Manager
Job Summary
- Manage in Product Management to effectively ensure achievement of the Business Plan/Set Target objective in terms of sales, profitability, and sustainability.
- Adhere and set systems to ensure a professional approach to the entire business activities focusing on the Photo, Minilab & Media Product Genre.
- Responsible for managing and implementing sales & marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct market research & customer visits and translate key competitor and core technology trends into sound business decisions.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using statistical tools.
- Understanding consumer needs and behavioral patterns to identify appropriate products/services for different segments.
- Define product strategy and conduct product training and demo for salescompanies.
- Manage product life cycle.
- Develop and adapt pricing strategy based on internal and external trends.
- Formulate appropriate Go-To-Market strategies and implement marketing activities.
- Work closely with the regional offices on Sell-in/Sell-out/Sell-Through region-wise/channel type to ensure healthy sales and inventory.
- Manage the monthly forecasting number.
- Formulate business planning and mid-term planning based on market analysis.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of product management experience in the Large Format Printing or Industrial Printing Market.
- Product Management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, programs & engagements with regional sales companies simultaneously.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, programs & engagements with regional teams simultaneously.
- Ability to perform quantitative data analysis and appropriate data visualization using Excel & PowerPoint.
- Passion for innovating with strong written & verbal communication skills.
