- Full spectrum of Human Resource functions and good understanding of Singapore Employment Laws
- Handling Adjunct Lecturer recruitment and CPE registration, negotiation of rate, contract for service and renewal and obtain documentation
- Handling of full-time staff appraisal and coordinate with Academic Department for Adjunct Lecturer Appraisal
- Maintain P-files of full-time staff & Adjunct Lecturers
- Manage staff leave and claims through HRIS
- Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and levy waiver Requests
- Administer staff training, including the collation and compilation of the company's training needs for implementation, applying for training grants, and submitting training claims.
- Submission of government and related claims, e.g. childcare leave, parental leave, NS claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
- Arrange events / activities manpower support and duty roster
- Update employee’s handbook, staff benefit & compensation
- Organise team bond activities and birthday celebration
- Conduct HR related survey and report
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Independent, flexible, good stress management and able to respond to changing priorities
- Organized, meticulous and proactive
- Good IT literacy and knowledge of HRIS
