The ideal candidate will support the Assistant Manager, HR Technology in implementing and maintaining the human resource information management systems for SingHealth Polyclinics.
Job scope includes:
- Providing documentations and user guides on the human resources data systems
- Supporting documentation of system and data security management
- Supporting user queries and troubleshooting
- Supporting hr processes and hr cycle of activities
- Following-up with it support team on outstanding issue
- Keeping track and manage project timelines
Job requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP ECC 6.0 – HCM
- Strong grasp of information technology with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fast and independent learner
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
