Job Duties:
- Carry out sales, promotions and social media activities over digital platforms.
- Collect data on customers shopping behaviours and brand activities.
- Collect data for business performance, sales and report.
- Handle customer issues and respond to service issues.
- Work with other teams to fulfil customers' orders based on the agreement.
- Implement new business collaboration plans.
- Any other tasks & duties assigns by Manager/Supervisor.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Business/E-commerce
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in promoting brands/products through online platforms
- Experience in similar field
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
