Job Description
- Conduct and/or review Risk Assessments and assist in identifying and assessing risks arising from the workplace
- Follow up with the committee site walk inspection findings for WSH Officer to close up the report and assisting WSH Officer on incident/accident investigation.
- Co-ordinate Workplace Safety and Health Meetings and conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and training.
- Coordination with relevant site in-charge on improving the worksite safety and cleanliness.
- Assist WSHO to organize monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of the worksite and recommend reasonably practical control measures at the workplace
- Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the regulatory authorities.
- Supervise all workers in providing safety measures and procedures in accordance with MOM Regulations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Possess a Certificate in Safety Coordinators Course from approved institutes
- Familiar with OSH/ ISO documentation
- Min. 2 years relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry or relevant experience in the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental field
- Experience in HDB/JTC/Building & Commercial/Mix Development will be advantageous
