Job Details:
- Control the generic mailbox for sending and receiving
- Conduct employment registrations, submit files, and issue purchase orders
- Oversee the creation of bills for customer billing and the management of proposals for invoicing, including contract communication with pertinent departments.
- Respond quickly to customer questions regarding quotes and invoicing.
- Help with the job certificate process and make sure that surveyor attendance data is entered accurately and on time, including overtime and cost claims.
- Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of personal protective equipment for surveyors.
- In their absence, take up other administrators' ad hoc tasks, such as reception.
- Update and produce a monthly report as needed.
- Help stakeholders and complete ad hoc job requests from start to finish.
Requirements:
- GCE "O" Level minimum or better qualification
- Two to three years minimum of relevant administrative experience, ideally in the marine sector
- Possess strong practical understanding of Microsoft Excel and be competent with numbers
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Computer Savvy
- Experience in billing, ideally in the maritime sector
- Capable of collective work
- Able to accept criticism
- Meticulous
- Ideally not a job jumper
