Job Description:
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. (Interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills)
- Lead the monitoring services (Network, Tools, Servers, etc.)
- Work with team members to ensure on-boarding, adoption and maintenance of the tools
- Develop dashboards to show the overall health of complex application and health of dependent systems
- Work with teams to use monitoring tools
- Work with incident, problem and change managers to implement requirements for ITSM, APM, broad case tools and different internal groups on CMDB development and maintenance
- KPI reports to Manager
- Ad-hoc tasks in areas such as audits, risk management, impact assessment and DR activities
