Main Responsibilities:
You will support the Corporate Secretarial function for the group in accordance with corporate policies, provide business support to the Group's stakeholders, and assist with managing the requirements for a growing number of group entities administered by multiple service providers across multiple jurisdictions. These include to:
- Prepare documentation and/or organise with third parties to draft documentation
- Coordinate for timely signature and dating of documentation, and monitor the status of tasks/documentation
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all company documentation on file (e.g. board resolutions, registers, incorporation documents, statutory documents), and filed promptly
- Coordinate and/or draft Director's resolutions, meeting minutes/AGM as and when required
- Assist with new company incorporations and set up, winding down, liquidating and dissolving companies
- Support KYC and information requests
- Provide business support such as maintaining the statutory compliance schedule, and coordinating with Finance on matters such as bank account opening, and assist business units as required
- Assist with standardisation, documentation, and automation of processes
- Develop an in-house library of commonly used documents, and ensure internal folders are maintained and updated timely
Requirements:
- Degree qualification or equivalent is preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant working experience with a corporate service provider and/or a similar in-house role with multi-jurisdictional experience, including administering Singapore entities
- Good business understanding of corporate secretarial & regulatory requirements, operations, legal structure and obligations
- Meticulous and detail oriented with effective time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to see the big picture and consider the impact of the tasks performed
