As the Marketing Executive at The Working Capitol/Triple P, specializing in social media and graphic design, you will occupy a central role in shaping and elevating our brand identity. You will be the creative force driving the branding initiatives for both The Working Capitol and Triple P Group. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, your role will encompass a broad range of marketing activities, extending from traditional offline strategies to dynamic digital campaigns. Your creative vision and execution will be instrumental in leading our brands in new and exciting directions, ensuring that our marketing efforts resonate effectively across all channels.
Your responsibilities include -
Graphic Design (50%)
- Brainchild is all designing and creative works for Triple P’s business portfolio and The Working Capitol.
- Serve as the brand custodian for Triple P and The Working Capitol brand identity and tone of voice.
- Drive brand visibility from online and offline channels, not limited to facade branding works.
- Curate assets for new projects which may include facade designing, interior branding and mood board proposals, enhancing TWC and member’s branding.
- Design works includes member’s projects which includes signage curation and branding support, varies on project basis.
- Curate community event posters and ensure brand is aligned across all marketing collaterals.
- Familiar with Adobe Suites and Canva platform.
Social Media (40%)
- Manage all social media platforms for Triple P’s business portfolio and The Working Capitol.
- Handle the pre-conceptualization to post-production of social media assets across different target audience and mediums, aligned with our brand content pillars.
- Able to develop high-quality creative content from static to video content.
Project Related Tasks and Others (10%)
- Capability to support the Marketing Manager in executing special projects.
- Experience in handling professional photoshoots for office spaces, networking events, and any as deemed required.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Adobe software suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom. This skill is crucial for creating high-quality visual content and editing images to a professional standard.
- Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating an ability to effectively manage and execute social media and graphic design tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to pitch ideas and strategies to stakeholders confidently.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
