Job Scope :
- Responsible for welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets seating procedures.
- Be familiar with the menu, promotions, and service procedures.
- Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries at the restaurant.
- Provide full assistance to incoming inquiries via email or telephone and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.
- Maintain the reservation book/ communications book
- Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
- Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned tables are prepared prior guest arrival.
- Prefer to have Latin American background
