Job Description:

  1. Coordinating inventory requirements and procurement details with vendors.
  2. Maintain accurate and updated inventory records (for new and recycled equipments).
  3. Conduct inventory cycle counting.
  4. Accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, and any damages.
  5. Evaluating the cost movement of company products and assessing the purchase and invoice details.
  6. Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from different vendors.
  7. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  8. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  9. To improve inventory recording system to be more productive.
  10. Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Personal Attributes

  1. Knowledge of using barcode equipment.
  2. Knowledge of operating a PC and working on inventory software and programs.
  3. Possess an eye for detail and a strong sense of accuracy.
  4. Should possess strong calculative and analytical skill sets.
  5. Ability and effectiveness to manage time to meet required deadlines.
  6. Good written and verbal communication
  7. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
