WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop large Private Client base by nurture existing clients, reactivate lapsed clients, and develop personal relationships with new, high-value prospects, to introduce them the exclusive Private Client service
Maintain client relationships to the standard required to achieve personal sales targets and related KPI’s
Create and send personalized communications to your clients, to inform them of new products, designers and other company’s news that is relevant to their interest
Organize and host client engagement activities (e.g. meals, events, styling appointments, shopping experiences, etc.) within your assigned geographic region
Work with the Private Client Manager on individual monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning activities, tracking results against expectations on a weekly and monthly basis, and identifying new business opportunities
Attend brand events as required to aid business development and act as a company’s brand ambassador
- Converse with customers to identify their purchasing requirement and assist in locating desired items
- Provide customers with essential product information, as well as offer them a demonstration of product features
- Direct or escort customers to appropriate aisles or store sections where they can find choice products
- Provide solutions or replies to address customers’ problems or inquires
- Oversee the tagging of products to ensure correct prices are reflected
- Provide customers with after sales services
- Monitor displayed products to facilitate replenishment of emptying shelves
- Oversee the upkeep, maintenance and general cleanliness of a store and it’s premises
- Collect cash payments and process credit card transactions for the purchase of goods
- Evaluate stock inventory to determine the need for new shipments or product order
- Receive new shipments and ensure proper storage of excess stock
- Handle cases of product return, refund or exchange
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of store products and services in order to effectively conduct sales
WHO YOU ARE
Proven experience in fashion sales (ideally luxury), with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with the drive and motivation
Deep knowledge of current, international fashion trends, designers and products, and a passion for styling
Able to understand and interpret analytics into recommendations
Resilient, with a problem solving and solutions focused attitude, with a logical approach to situations
Proven ability to engage and build customer relations (clienteling)
Excellent written and verbal communication etiquette
An excellent team player but also able to work on own initiative
Comfortable with ambiguity, adopting a flexible approach
Strong computer literacy and an understanding of the digital world
