Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the Quality and Environmental Management.
- Lead, train, develop, and coach quality team members.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Analyse workload by utilizing planner schedules to allocate team member workloads.
- To provide quality data analysis to the management as a basis for improvement.
- Responsible for all Quality aspects of products manufactured.
- Manages the verification activities for Incoming, In-process, and Outgoing products.
- Drives improvement activities through the implementation of various corrective action processes.
- Ensures that all test and inspection equipment used is calibrated.
- Ensures that all Quality operatives are trained and qualified for their respective tasks.
- Acts as an internal focus for all customer-specified requirements, customer complaints, corrective and preventive actions.
- Involve in coordinating product qualification for the new product line in collaboration with NPI, Engineering, and Production team.
- To assist the material department with supplier quality management system development programs.
- To assist the Supply Chain in conveying information about the mineral country of origin, as well as the smelters and refiners used, for updating CMRT, EMRT, and Critical Mineral Survey for all customers.
Requirement:
- Diploma / BA degree or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of QA relevant experience in the manufacturing environment.
- Strong Communication Skills.
