Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and proactive Global Product Manager to play a critical role in our product development efforts. The ideal candidate will lead the product definition for standard product roadmaps and overseeing their execution, and ensuring the alignment and successful execution of these strategies across all regions. This role is pivotal in developing our product and offers catalogs, participating in and organizing trade shows, supporting customer meetings, and equipping the sales team with effective materials and value propositions. A very good command of English is required to manage internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall ownership and responsibility for the PRD documentation (write documentation, oversee completion, collect business and technical needs, local and regional use cases, and so on).
- Prepare the documentation needed to validate the PRD with C-level and regional management before submitting to R&D for execution.
- Define and maintain standard product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product and offers catalogs tailored to different regions.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, maximizing company visibility and product knowledge.
- Provide support during customer meetings, delivering product insights and benefits with purpose.
- Equip the sales team with compelling marketing materials, content, and clearly articulated value propositions to enhance sales pitches.
- Plan and manage product launches, coordinating with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
- Analyze market data to guide strategy and assess the impact of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (ideally Payments, Telecom, or associated fields).
- At least 5 years of hardware product management experience (from PRD to EoL)
- Complementary experience in Product Marketing is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
- Strong project management abilities with a knack for driving execution and strategy alignment.
- Experience in organizing trade shows and supporting direct customer interactions.
- Proficient in content creation for sales support and marketing materials.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
