Job Duties:
- Service assigned outlets on a regular basis to set up and replenish stocks to ensure product visibility and availability in store.
- Ensure all products, information and promotional details are displayed correctly according to guidelines and promotions activation.
- Maximize opportunity to place POSM at relevant position in the store and ensure all are up to date.
- Negotiate with outlet on better space buy rental.
- Maintain good relationship with all assigned outlets.
- Follow up on promotion activities and ensure proper execution.
- Strengthen relationship with department manager, supervisors or lane in-charge and negotiate on additional product display for promotional purpose.
- Ensure that outlets order sufficient stock to reduce out of stock situation.
- Educate retailers on designated products to increase product knowledge and awareness.
- Ensure outlets are aware and updated on full range of products available.
- Provide regular feedback on competitor activities, promotion, and new products in the market.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Sales & Trade Marketing Manager.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 year of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG, Retail or Service Industry.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Self-disciplined, Energetic and Results-Driven.
- eam player, strong interpersonal skills with excellent negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel to assigned locations in Singapore.
