Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the Re-Design, Develop, Operationalize and Rollout Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Policy / BCM Framework and Policy
- Assist in the Development and Standardization of the Risk Template & BCP Templates
- Ability to Lead Risk & BCP Training and impart risk & BCP mindset and culture whilst undertaking training and reviews with stakeholders
- Ability to engage with regional office and partners
- Assist in developing quarterly newsletter on Risk Awareness and/or BCP as part of harnessing a Risk & BCP Awareness Culture within PIL
- Ability to identify key controls and engage with key stakeholders on key controls to address division risk whilst documenting them
- Ability to semi-lead engagement with stakeholders on evolving risk within each division translating high risk areas into BCP
- Have visibility of the organizations evolving risk where needed elevation
- Ability to have constructive discussion with key leads within the organization to obtain information
- Ability to identify new risk on project activities with the wider team member whilst being an advisor to the business
- Ability to engagement with Key Stakeholders whilst mapping out key Enterprise Risk within the organization and regional offices
- Ability to identify new evolving risk and current risk landscape
- Team player with the wider ERM, BCP and Finance function as well as other stakeholders
- Provide a holistic perspective incorporating operational risk that could translate into crisis
- Proactive engagement with Divisional Heads and / or Team Leads on a regular basis or when made aware of new or existing developments within the organization
Job Requirements:
- Worked in Enterprise Risk Management / BCP Experience AND understanding of how major risk relates to business continuity and crisis management which includes definition and implementation of operational and business risk activity
- Understanding of either Operational Risk, Project Risk, Financial Risk, Technology Risk including Governance, Risk and Assurance inter-relationship within an organization
- Exposure in drafting and rolling out policies and procedures
- Experience in governance, control development and strong understanding of risk framework that translate into BCP and CM
- Ability to converse with Stakeholder, coupled with proven track record of managing change initiatives
- Ability to influence and rationalize on key risk and BCP matters
- Strong skills with working with both internal and cross functional stakeholders with a proven ability to effectively and professionally interact at a high level with stakeholders of varying seniority
- Consummate team player with a positive, pragmatic, flexible and creative approach
- Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines where required
- Ability to roll up your sleeves with a small team to meet Organization objective
- Ability to support the team to achieve organization’s objectives and as well as individual’s career development
- Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in a positive or negative situation and write clearly and effectively at a high level; excellent ability to communicate direction and collaboratively align diverse organizations
- Demonstrable history of applying sound judgement with critical thinking skills
- Demonstrable experience of applying effective problem-solving techniques, thinking ahead to manage business continuity or crisis issues effectively
