Job Responsibilities:
•Drive programmes and community engagement with various communities within the public service.
•Plan, execute, adapt and make changes to the community engagement plans where appropriate.
•Plan and execute omnichannel engagement (e.g. social media, MS Teams, Telegram, podcast) and campaigns to interact and drive public officers’ participation and/or support selected product/platform.
•Build partnerships and collaborate with other public service agencies, teams within the division to coordinate and organise impactful events for the community.
•Curate content and source for speakers within public sector and the industry for community meet-ups or events.
•Play an active role in engaging government agencies and officers to partake in and contribute to the community activities.
•Curate & ensure that all collaterals and website copywriting are in line with the campaigns and initiatives.
•Support in management and moderating of community channels such as sourcing for informative news or resources (articles, videos, tutorials) on Data & AI.
•Manage all aspects of the assigned projects independently, including but not limited to programme execution, budgeting.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Communications or equivalent.
• Demonstrate some experience in planning and executing community engagement and running of events.
• Demonstrate some experience in digital marketing or communications.
• Confident in public speaking or hosting events for a diverse audience group from staff level to senior executives.
• Tech-savvy with (and fast learner of) new software, online cloud services, such as Google Forms, Google Drive, etc.
• Technical skills and prior experience in engaging public officers and government agencies on projects and collaborations is not a requirement but will be an added advantage.
• Excellent English language skills both oral and written.
