Job duties & responsibilities:
- Work closely with Management and marketing team to develop new online/offline retail strategies to drive business to the various sales channels
- Research, identify and understand potential new target audiences, their spending and buying behaviour
- Create partnership opportunities and collaboration with other brands to achieve business goals
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and industry leaders' products and services
- Regular review meetings with Management and Sales teams to ensure that business goals are aligned and well communicated throughout the organisation
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing. Special interest in jewellery is highly advantageous.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience working in Marketing, Retail Sales or E-Commerce related fields
- IT literate. Experience and knowledge in using social media as a marketing tool
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong commercial acumen
- Self-driven and a strong team player
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
This is a part time position with the possibility of converting into a full time role at a later stage.
Flexibility to work from home. Regular meetings with Management twice a week at agreed timings.
