Role
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across the organization using RPA technology.
- Map out and analyze business processes to optimize them for automation.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools like UiPath.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation of your RPA bots.
- Train and mentor colleagues on RPA best practices and functionalities.
- Share your knowledge by writing articles and promoting RPA adoption within the company.
- Continuously improve existing RPA solutions and identify new automation opportunities.
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience using UiPath for RPA implementation.
- Strong understanding of process analysis and improvement techniques.
- Passion for developing and customizing RPA solutions.
- Experience working with .NET, markup languages (HTML, XML), and programming languages (C#, Python, Java).
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
