Responsibilities
- Provide technical and product support to customers
- Conduct product training
- Performance of on-site support, diagnoses troubleshooting, servicing of PLC systems
- Consultation regarding on the application of products, technologies, manufacturing processes and industry
- Ensure smooth execution of works in timely manner to meet project schedule
- Coordinate with Customer, contractor, as well as other trades subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent, Mechatronic is prefer
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in industrial control / process automation or related field
- Must have in-depth knowledge in Factory Automation Architecture & Products
- Knowledge in GE/Emerson, Mitsubishi or Omron would be an advantage
- Must be willing to work long hours
- Salary will be based on qualification and experience
- Fresh grads are welcome
