3 Months Contract to 1 Year Contract with 1 month completion bonus after 1 year
1 x Shift hours Facilities Management technician
Shift hours : 7am to 3pm
2.30pm to 11pm
1030pm to 7am
Need to do rotating shifts, anyday Monday -Sunday
1st Month starting will be office hours first!
( Salary about $2000 -$3000)
- Perform plan preventive maintenance work (PPM) as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Troubleshoot electrical fault and reinstate the power supply and equipment back to normal operation.
- Troubleshoot air conditioning fault and reinstate the air conditioning back to normal operation.
- Repair water pipe burst, mechanical work, medical gases system and other related facilities equipment.
Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer.
