Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate employment records for all staff.
- Oversee health screening, vaccination, and training records.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive duty roster for the team.
- Provide monthly operations reports to track performance and efficiency.
- Handle contractual matters and billing processes.
- Manage escalations from Team Leads and guide teams when required.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Warehouse Head to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Project Executive or Operations role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with employment and contractual matters.
- Ability to analyze and provide insights into operational efficiency.
- Proficient in relevant software tools and applications.
