Duties and Responsibilities
· Reporting to the China HQ General Manager
· Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
· Network and relationship maintenance with internal and external parties, efficient communication skill
· Developing new solutions to meet client needs
· Improving internal processes for better productivity
· Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports
· Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit
· Perform continuous improvement for the duties described above
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties be assigned by management or China HQ
Requirement
· Familiar with international trading practices and policies
· Resourceful and have an established client base
· Willing to travel abroad for business meetings and engagements
· Able to build excellent banker-customer relationships
· Pro-active working attitude, strong sense of task ownership, interpersonal, analytical skills and negotiation skill
· Proficient in Mandarin and English
· Minimum bachelor’s degree holder from reputable local or international universities in relevant field of study
· Minimum 5 years of international trading related working experience with knowledge of mineral product and LC.
