Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to Production Manager
- Overall responsible for Management of Manufacturing and Production processes
- Responsible for the manufacturing process and resolving production related issues
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics, R&D and RA to ensure sufficient stock levels
- Able to lead and understand challenges due to business nature and help enable/shape improvements to operational management systems and processes
- Prepare forecast capacity planning, output, planning, organizing and allocation of resources to meet delivery requirements
- Managing, leading and motivating the staff to build team spirit and to maintain high morale
- Ensure effective, efficient and timely execution of manufacturing and production schedule
- Ensure smooth running of all operations in an appropriate and cost-effective way
- Ensure all finished goods is in full compliance with customer specifications and company regulatory requirements and standards
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Troubleshooting of technicial issues
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Other duties assigned by the Company as and when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and/or manufacturing role in FMCG or equivalent
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Operations or equivalent
- Proven track record in management experience at managerial level
- Good people-management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be able to motivate team to work towards achieving targets/expectations
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work with tight deadlines
