Junior Assistant Manager Responsibilities:-
- Provide support to Managers on day-to-day operations within the budgeted guidelines and to the highest standard.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- To prepare and maintain SOP for front of house operations.
- Up to date with Food & Beverages trends and best practices.
- Comply with health and safety regulation.
- To lead new intake and train staff on their job roles and responsibilities.
- To stand in for Host position during service and to be able to take orders, floater, cashiering and any other assistance as and when required.
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Continuously make necessary improvements.
