- Batch job processing and escalation(execute batch jobs in AS400 & Control-M as per runbook)
- Alert monitoring and escalation to relevant parties (Alert monitoring & escalation using AppManager, OpsManager & email alerts)
- Data Centre monitoring, access & inventory management (Ensure the security & safety of Data Centre.
- Process access & delivery clearance for data centre.
- Data centre inventory & access log verification)
- Password Management
- Provide half password management. Carry out physical password safekeeping as per Standard Operating Procedure
- Release management using Aldon LMi/LME)
- Carry out release management using Aldon LMi or LME upon request
- Data Centre CCTV , electronic keypress management & maintenance support
- Support and maintain CCTV & keypress system. Escort and support the maintenance service of CCTV electronic keypress system by vendor
- After office hours Helpdesk support
- Stand-in for Help Desk support after office hours if needed.
- Tape media management (Process tape recall request, mount & discount tape at tape library, maintain inventory records)
Working Pattern: 12 hours shift based on roster
