RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the targets set for Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, UK & Europe markets.
- Develop and drive marketing activities that engage customer interests, increase brands and products awareness, and support the attainment of revenue targets.
- Monitor expenditure budget to meet with organizational expenditure requirements.
- Work closely with business partners on joint promotions and strategy planning.
- Constant updates on Resorts World Cruises deployment schedules, cruise prices, cruise information, promotional campaigns, and marketing related collaterals to assist business partners in their Sales & marketing campaigns.
- Work with Marketing team on marketing collaborations, road shows and consumer campaigns that generates massive awareness and sales leads.
- Manage operational issues including cruise bookings, cabin blockages, cabin inventory, group arrangements and special programs, etc.
- Conduct, ship inspections, training, familiarisation cruise etc. to potential business partners.
- Participate in trade events to find new partners and avenues to promote Resorts World Cruises.
- Any other duties assigned.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or A Levels with 8 years’ experience in sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and effective leadership.
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, result oriented, with can-do attitude and capacity to think out of the box.
- Strong persuasive communications skills both written and verbal / presentation.
- Strong decision making and collaboration skills.
- Have good organization skill and be meticulous paying attention to details, and able to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Words, PowerPoint
