•Co-ordinate customers' orders, payment updates and other related matters.
•Attend to customers' enquiries and requests via emails, texts, and phone calls.
•Experience in using ERP system for processing of orders.
•Basic Microsoft Office skills to prepare data or reports to the sales team.
•Assist sales team in arranging appointments with clients.
•Able to understand English and read simple technical documents. (For the purpose of understanding customers' requirements and learning about product features.)
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
