Job Description
- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided
- Meet potential clients, and understand their requirements in detail
- Prepare sales quotations to home owner
- Present 3D perspective drawings to client, and pitch the complete design decision
- Place orders for materials and oversee the installation of the renovation works
- Oversee construction and coordinate with Contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the project
- Visit the site after the project is complete, to ensure that the client is satisfied before close file
Job Requirements
- Candidates with or without working experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Passionate in Designing
- Skilled with AutoCAD / Illustrator / Sketchup
- Responsible and good working attitude
- Sales & target driven
- Customer-oriented with confidence communication skills
