Finance and Accounting
· Maintain proper books of accounts and records, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
· Prepare and manage RLAF's annual budget, financial statements, and ensure adequate funding sources
· Ensure statutory compliance, including submissions to relevant authorities and audit requirements.
Human Resource
· Handle recruitment, staff welfare, and benefits.
General and Corporate Affairs
· Coordinate with stakeholders such as bankers, auditors and statutory bodies
· Manage Board of Trustees meetings, Annual General Meeting, and RLAF events
· Provide reports to the Board of Trustees through the CEO
