Job Title: Design Engineer (ID5042)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary: $4000 to $6300
Job Description:
• Design component and assembly with CAD software. Prepare engineering drawings and engineering bill of material
• Analyse, design, develop, maintain products and assist in their commercialization
• Review technical documentation including engineering specifications, drawings, calculation packs, bill of materials, guidelines and repair procedures
• Checking and approving drawings, information and documentation which meets engineering standard to enable the manufacturing group and other departments to produce and market product
• Attend and initiate Design and Development Planning and Review session to meet customer's and industry's need
Requirement:
• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Have experience (5years) in mechanical engineering in Welding / Oil & Gas engineering or other related fields. At least 3 years of product design experience in Oil & Gas Industry
• Have knowledge in API Standards and Monogram
• AutoCAD and #D design are the basic knowledge. Most preferably already familiar with ProE/Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA. NX or similar CAD and FEA/CFD program
• Display good oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
